Best of luck to all bloggers out there. Who knows, I might even get a nomination, become a finalist and maybe even a winner of one category, or maybe...maybe....I might win in a few categories. Then I could spruce up my teacher cv and boast to the bloggershpere that Moloney King Is A WINNER..........

Phew! Long breath....wow I just realised that I like having stamps of approval. Man, I am such a nerd......nominate me?!?!

EDIT: I know I should stick to one area on my blog but so far...I haven't! I blog about teaching, creative writing, the arts, popculture and technology. So my query would be what category would I fit into if people were nice enough to nominate me?

Mhhhhh I suppose I could slot into Best Technology, Best Newcomer, Best Personal Blog, Best Science/Education Blog,  Best Blog Post and or Best Blog.

But what do I know?

Read So Hard

If you are a subscriber you may have noticed some typos in the email posts. I am blogging on the go, using my phone or iPad and the small screens can be difficult to spot typos. We're still cool, right?

Did any of you guys watch "Safe House"? Well if you did you would have heard an excellent soundtrack. One song in particular was outstanding and difficult to source by Jay-Z and Kanye West. We had to resort to buying a CD, it wasn't even on iTunes or YouTube! I mean who buys cd's?!

Elusive right? Long story short this song has now been sampled with different lyrics and it is deffo one for the readers out there.

The parody is written by Annabelle Quezada, it also features, is directed and produced by her.

Some of the best lines include; "You use a Kindle? I carry spines. / Supporting bookshops like a bra, Calvin Klein." and "You ball so hard, OK you’re bowling / But I read so hard, I’m JK Rowling."

Pop culture at its best, watch it here - Bookshops by Annabelle Quezada

PS. Yes, I do know that is not the full name of the song but I'm a primary school teacher, and children's book writer, I never want my brand associated with inappropriate language. Mr. West and Mr. Z could have picked a nicer title....but what do I know!
